Natasha Day is a Norwich based artist.
Inspired by the North Norfolk coastline where she can be found most weekends, she loves depicting the many changing moods of the weather over the sea. This extends to the surrounding countryside and the seasonal changes. Her personal moods and feelings are often encapsulated in her work. Many landscapes are resultant of travels abroad, particularly Iceland, Israel and Australia. Recently she has been exploring printing to create leaf paintings “ The Dancing Leaves series” in different compositions and colours.
She runs “Intuitive Art- Freedom to Paint” workshops based on mentoring people to work freely using acrylic paint and household objects. On Tuesday mornings she works at Mundesley mental health hospital running the Art for Wellbeing group. She belongs to The Lonely Arts Club art group, Caper Community online art group and Norfolk Contemporary Art Group.
