Using a variety of printmaking processes Yael creates large scale installations that bring printed matter into interaction with space. These installations look at how death and impermanence can change the way we perceive materiality. Through investigation into Buddhist perceptions of death as well as the way female artists from the past century handle the body, she explores the relationship of her own body to mortality.
